How do you propose to get it refilled?
Most refills are on account only, if you have a contact who can exchange an empty for a full through their account thats great but you must get the
correct brand of bottle for the account, eg. you can't usually exchange a BOC Bottle on an air products account.
A "friend" (not me of course cos I'm dead honest) could only get an argoshield bottle (argon C02 mix) and resprayed it turquoise
then got it exchanged.
The bottles are all the same it's just the gas in them and hence the colour coding that is different

So you just want an empty gas bottle of any description not specific to any supplier?
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Next question.
Whereabouts are you? Put your location, even just the county in your profile. You could be anywhere, how far would you travel for one etc.

No it's a Shire . I have two empty ar/co2 bottles. You can have one for £10 same as they cost me. They are not BOC or air products. They are
very heavy and scruffy so would need a van or trailer to fetch one in.
edit:- If it's to make a big pipe bomb you can't tell where you got it from.
