seats and springs

Im just planning ahead and was wondering on what people suggest for my car.
Parts i will be looking for in the near future are a pair of seats and a set of coil overs.
Seats: ive been thinking about a pair like these:

Any comments on this style of seat? and where i could get some?
I have no idea what lbs springs i need for front and rear so i just need some advice on:
1) what setup i should run
2) what make you would suggest
3) where to buy them from

Also bearing in mind the locost idea
