I made a hardboard/MDF mould for mine, really easy and a perfect fit for the wheels, 1" larger diameter than the tyre.

Just cut some arcs in MDF, scew the hardboard around these, use a ball and some plaster fo the edge curves and oil and wax.

I knocked out two arches with ease, did not have to resort to using the first arch as a buck.

So successful I made the rears as well. Rescued attachment sideview.JPG

Hi

I have got a pair of unused Carbon Mods carbon front cycle wings.

These were slightly damaged in transit and replaced. The guys at Carbon Mods didn't want them back.

The damage is to the edge of each on one side of each wing. Each has a split of about one inch about half way around the wing circumference.

If you know anyone who can carry out a carbon repair you have a good set to fit.
They were produced to fit 15" rims running with 195-50-15 rubber.

If you think they could be useful make me an offer.

Cheers Steve
