I made my own a while back from plywood - just used a kit of bits from a classic bike show for the working parts.

made mine from a plastic 40 gallon barrell
cut it and made it slide... added a window and hand holes
easy done

Well it looked a bit like this. But I put a couple of Bulkhead lights inside so I could see what I was doing
