Wheel Offset
Hi,
Newby here. Can somebody please help me with an alloy wheel query.
I have a Fomula 27 which currently has 14" XR3i dogleg alloys which I want to change to something a bit nicer - ideally 13" Minilites.
Does anybody know what the offset is for these Escort wheels as I dont want to have adjust my front arches etc.
Thanks.

Usually cast into the alloy somewhere on the back face. Formats vary though, so post what you find if you can't fathom it out.
Edit: PS, welcome to the forum!

Thanks. I'll take a wheel off tonight and have a look inside.

Here is a nice online wheel/tire calculator that can help you out:

Still got my TSW/Yokohama wheel fitment guide from when i supplied aftermarket alloys a fews years ago. 35mm offset for Mk4 Escort which is pretty
common for FWD cars.

Thanks for the calculator - that is very helpful!
This is what is on my wheels - 6Jx14H2E36.5
Am i right in assuming that they are 6" and the offset is currently 36.5?

Yup, those figures look right....but....I don't know the F27, what are the uprights, if they're Cortina / live axle, those offsets are
wrong, you'll need ET15 or similar.
