OT 4" Steel Pipe
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've made one of those butane gas bottle burners for the back of the house and am after about
4" of 4" diameter steel pipe for a very short flue just to tidy it up really.
I'm not sure what to search for on E bay. I would make summat myself but can't roll it and the local scrap steel place just seems to have
heavy duty girders and plate in.
Can anyone suggest something cheap? So far I've onlt spent 99p and would prefer to keep it cheap.

i have plenty off-cutts of combi boiler flue which is 100mm white powder coated, not really designed for serious heat though

Yeah I did think conventional flue like you have but there is a lot of heat comes out of it. Thinking of something like a slice off a water piper or
something. Thanks all the same though.

Might have some at home you can have for price of postage. But had a clearout last week and might have dumped it.
Cheers,

I got 5 metres of thick 5" tube from a local engineering place for £20. I t looks very much like an old lamppost to me... does the job though
