Whats out there. And not the meaning of life?

As you know I have this
http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t21/kiwimazda/?action=view&current=Brooklands001.jpg
Fitted with a Mazda Rotary 13b engine.I will let you all know on Tuesday night if it is any good as i am going testing that day.
However in an upcoming sprint I am up against a Juno http://www.racecarsdirect.com/photos/juno2.jpg
You can see the problems I have already. Areodinamics, speed, handling etc.
So whats out there kit wise thats a bit more shaply and rear engined so I can plan for the future.
Spire? or is that it.
Pehaps get an old single seater and shove the wankel in it?
Your thoughts please. It may sound silly but there is one sprint at a certain venue that I would love to win outright. If it means doing a new car to do this then so be it but it must stay within the locost perameters.
Thanks
Brian

MNR ?

MNR have been working on a LMP style car for a year or two. I looked at it a year or so ago when, like you, I was looking at midi options. Also AP Racing have just launched something.

I found the most frustrating thing was the massive variation in price, some seem very good value on every level (Spire) some seem good value when you consider the quality of engineering (MNR). However some midi's seem vastly more exspensive for very little extra in terms of engineering or design.

I think the AGM WLR is an awesome car. Does anyone know how they covered the roll over bar completely in the Fibre glass?

Radical?

It looks like there isn't much separating all the choices. Best of luck!
