Help with a bit of machining.
Can anyone help me out with a bit of lathe work, I need the centre of my trigger wheel boring out a little, its 150mm dia, and wont fit in my
ML7's chuck.
Alternatively any hints on 'chucking it' for boring.

Won't it fit in the chuck if you put the jaws in the other way round?
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

Has it got any holes in it that you can use to bolt it to a faceplate?

Tried the reverse jaws, not quite big enough.
Its a solid wheel, maybe I could drill it for a faceplate.
Will pull the pulley off and have a look, but I wanted to use the centre hole to register it centre on the crank bolt head.
