Wanted rc car for my kids

Looking on ebay but thought I would ask on here.

I am after an rc Car for my kids. Looking for somthing like a tamiya mad bull, lunch box or mardave ect anything electric and cheap and complete really.

Did I say cheap....

Happy to swap for a kyosho piper cub ready set, only crashed twice needs a couple of jobs but still nice and boxed

around 30miles of Spalding would be nice unless you will post.

not sure I have anything complete laying about spare, (will have a look) but if you get stuck and need bits or anything then let me know, years of racing everything from 1/12th to 1/5th cars and bikes has left a heap of odds and ends LOL, none of that much use, but just might come in handy one day.

think Im ight have a mardave megane foam tyred car with ESC and motor, just needs Tx and Rx, will have a look

just check the tyres etc on things like the midnight pumpkins and monster beetles

I got a nice midnight pumpkin, an original, with lights in the shell etc, but tyres are knackered, they are a fortune on ebay

Back in the day we used to race them and thought Mardave were the cheapest and easiest to fix - that was 13 years ago so prob moved on from then!

My boys love them to bits.

I have a modified Axial AX-10 Rock crawler, i'm looking for £150 for it
(it's cost me close to £400 to build up)

Here's a couple of videos of it last year, it's had a few more mods since.

Mardave cobra was the cheapest thing back when I used to race, don't know if they're still about.tamiya always looked the best but cost a fortune to fix.a lot could have changed in 10 years but I would check spares prices, whatever you get will hit a kerb!

my RC race cars were in the region of £5k worth each LOL

£35 per pair of tyres, and needing about 4-5 pairs per meeting

I quit racing them and went back to karting, was cheaper

LOL yeah I know the feeling, I raced 1/5th touring car, all over the country, and also into Europe

when I look back at the money I spent I shudder

£600 for an engine, £250 for a diff, £90 for a clutch, £200ish for an exhaust

and this is TOY cars we are talking about LOL

hydraulic disc brakes on all 4 corners, 10kg in weight, but with 23cc of 2 stroke engine, revving to 23k rpm and developing just under 6bhp, could get more but then the tank wouldnt last the 30 minutes for the final.

I spent in the region of £20k over 3 years racing, what a mug, wish I had just stayed home in a dark room and saved the cash LOL

that would buy a nice tin top.....

Dan an oridginal Tamiya is very collectable these days and worth more than I would want to spend letting the kids thrash up and down the street.
