A gttdi would be nice although with her car control i'd probably find it trying to climb the nearest lampost

thats what I bought about 2 months back, 2000 plate GT TDi 115bhp, 6 speed.
sure its not going to set the world alightm but hey its no slouch either, pulls well in all gears, 6th on the motorway is very flexible, I get 50ish
mpg on a run, and 45 with daily runs up and down dual carriageways, sat in trafffic etc
good cars, great value for money and reliability
mines 3 door, 18" R32 wheels, paid £1000 for it, will probably run it into the ground for what it owes me.
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it breaks, hit them with it
