1.8 Silvertop Original Exhaust Manifold
Hi All,
Thought I had already posted this on here but can't find it so apologies if I have.
I am in dire need of a replacement exhaust manifold for my aged Mk1 mondeo. What was a hairline crack has worked its way round and I now have a
manifold in two parts!
Anyone on here still got their orignal manifold from their donor?
The cast in numbers is; 938F 9430
Does anyone know if there is much difference in the manifolds between the various 1.8 silvertop applications? My engine is the 115ps version that I
understand was also used in escorts.
Thanks in advance
Rich
ETA: I think it may be just about weldable but I am yet to replace my welder since my break-in a while back

I must have at least 1 cast manifold here
Iv'e had mk1 and mk 2 silvertop engines and I'm sure they both had the manifolds when I first got them
Its too dark to go wandering looking for part numbers tonight but will have a look for you tomorrow whilst its daylight
I'm not a million miles away from you either..
Will get back to you tomorrow
