I always try Ford parts department first usually have them and don't cost much money plus you know you have the right ones.
I also picked up a set of clutch cover dowls from eBay

Hi,arent they just m8 bolts with spring washers?
dont think theyre even high tensile

just had a look at some in garage and they are just m8 with a 8.8 tensile strength
