WTD: MK2 Golf starter motor

After a working starter motor for my MK2 Golf GL.

It's the GU engine code if that makes any difference.

Need to get the damn thing off the lawn and this is a challenge at the moment! If I can't get it started then will have to tow it I spose but need to get it round the back of the house down a single lane track and this will be tricky towing it!

Cheers,
James

Can't you bump start it then drive it round?

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

After 2 years standing on the lawn I suspect it'll need more oomph than I can give it!

I'd also just like to drive it again as it was a great car.
