catering food

hello all,

we're off to le mans for the classic in just over a month and i wondered if anyone on here knew where i could get hold of some decent quality large catering tins, or pouches? (anything that doesnt need chilling) trying to be as locost as possible and an easy dinner we could knock up on the first night just after we've arrived would be handy. my local costco doesnt seem to do anything. the usual supermarket tins are ok but not great and just wondered if anyone knew where these big tins etc could be purchased?

Also hoping there might be some really nice catering stuff out there.

Maybe something like this - locost way:
French Army Ration RCIR MRE 24hr Various Choice of Menu's 1 - 14 | eBay

I was told that they are quite good

When we went a couple of years ago, I took a load of M&S tins of beef stew and they do cooked new potatoes in tins as well. All went in one big pan when we got there starving hungry.

Only normal sized tins though.
