Drive slower? How about using Stone Chip on the undersides or brush on seam sealer?

I considered tigersealing thin gauge alluminium under the arches to allow a small gap between the arch and its liner

Can i ask, what is the exact problem ?
as my car has been on the road since 1999, and has approx 14k mileage
and i have never had any damage to any of the arches caused by stones/gravel or any other substance
