the AEM wideband is a self contained within the dial unit thats nice and easy to install with minimal fuss.. and I think it has a 0-5v output that can be used for data logging.. the innovate system has a control box that need to mounted near to the sensor (well within about 2' and needs a lot more wiring, its setup for data logging too.
both are expensive at around 150 so there may be better low cost options out there.

I've had this sat in my Ebay saved searches ever since someone else asked the question;

AEM Wideband AFR Lambda UEGO Gauge - Complete kit | eBay

It's the AEM that Craigorypeck talks about. I get the impression that despite it's anti-locost price tag it's very effective.

Innovate MTX-L is what I use.

It comes with a nice clear gauge and has outputs for ecu etc. Very easy to wite up and calibrate. The controller is built.

The LC-1 is standard unit and works the same but as standard has no gauge. You can output to a digidash and ecu etc.
