I know someone who has one but it isn't for sale as far as I know. It is the only one I know of or have ever seen.

Isn't the "Mk4 Clubman" essentially the same car as the Phoenix?

yes, the mk4 clubman is similar the phoenix, but with a bonnet incl. a spoiler, outboard suspension using vauxhall uprights.
but this thread shouldnt be about searching a MK4 clubman.
anyway....watching some pictures at google.....a MK4 clubman would be also interesting.
so...lets extend this thread to:
searching a sylva striker clubman (preference) or as alternative a MK4 Clubman.

As per Jeff's much earlier reply, there were only ever a handful built with this bodywork (though more than one; at least three, one of which
was yellow and had a Mazda Rotary engine). You will be extremely lucky to find one.
If you want one that badly the answer would be to make moulds for the bodywork yourself; the bonnet and the bodywork from the rear arches backward are
basically standard Striker, so it wouldn't be a big deal to modify the rear bodywork on a standard car to create a facsimile.
If it's the bodystyle you like, you may also wish to consider the quite similar-looking Tiger Aviator:

i know this car ...the tiger aviator has copied JP´s design (imo)
unfortunatley such a newish tiger is too "new" for re-registering over here....thanks for the idea, but i need to stay with a sylva.
i would appreciate if somebody could point out the direction where to search...or who might own one of those rare cars.

Then you really would be better off simply modifying the bodywork on a standard Striker.
The chances of finding one of the originals, and it remaining in reasonable condition, and its owner being in the mood to part with it
for reasonable money add up to slightly less than nil.

i know the chances are next to nil...but as i want an original car, with a matching chassis-number, modifying a striker isnt the solution.

Matching chassis number?!
This is a Sylva we're talking about, not a vintage Bugatti!?
Still, good luck with your search. Jeff sounds like your best bet, if he can put you in touch with the guy he knows that owns one.
I've seldom known any car owner who can't be persuaded to part with their vehicle for the right money, and presumably if you're a
connoisseur of such particular requirements, you're willing to pay the price...

correct...but as you said...its not a bugatti where people might pay any price!!

Then it might have been wise not to state on a public forum how specific and demanding your requirements are.

where else than in a sylva-forum, should i search for such a car?
as said, i´m interested in a car like that..but not under any circumstances or any price or right now....i have plenty of time.
i still can sleep well without such a car in my garage....

Well, with the appropriate level of cunning, the DVLA or anyone with access to their database would have been my first port of call, given that 5
minutes on Google will turn up the registration numbers of the cars you're after.
A cursory check shows that Q288EPV is SORN at the moment, but has a current MOT, so is still roadworthy.
Q818WRX 'could not be found' on the online database, so is probably long since deceased.
I could only find a partial registration number for the third car I know of, but that would be enough, if you can find a friend in a suitably low
place.
