Company to avoid Europe Inter Electonics
All,
I hope this post helps someone else avoid making the same mistake I have just made.
http://europeinterelectronics.com/
I have been looking for a particular new fridge and have been tracking prices on the web. This company came up with a price better than those offered
else where. I ordered and paid by electronic bank transfer. The fridge has not arrived and the company is not responding.
In fact the company operates out of a house at 82 Darwin Crescent, Plymouth.
I have reported the matter to the relevant people but its going to be an uphill battle to get my money back.
lessons learnt.
Cheap is not always legal (If its too good a deal be suspicious).
Non standard payment don't do. Always use your credit card.
Don't be to quick to do the deal. Check out the web and do a search with review after the company's name.
Overall an expensive lesson and one I hope you guys don't repeat.
Ian

That would have been an instant fail for me. Either credit card to get the protection, or one of the recognised internet payment methods (Paypal being
the obvious one).
Another one;
