CDS Tube Bends Needed
I'm looking for the manufacture of some tube steel bends, having some problems.
Requirement:
Simple 180 degree bend. Material 2.0mm (preferred) or 1.6mm (if easier) CDS, 1" (or 25mm) OD. Outside diameter of bend 4.5", outside
radius 2.25", C/L radius 1.75", inside radius 1.25". leg length (after C/L of bend) 3" min.
Three of these are required, fairly quickly
Can you help? When would that help be available?

1.75CLR is very tight, you may struggle to get that
I can recommend tube-bender as I have used them before

For the very tight radius bend, look on here http://zx55.com/ for butt weld fittings, might have to weld two 90's together and grind the weld
down flush but simpler to get really tight bends.
