Fuel pump and regulator for duratec

I'm after a bit of advice as to what fuel pump and regulator to buy for my duratec install?

I'm going to pump from the tank to a swirl pot with my original red top pump, so what I'm looking for is for the installation from there.

What fuel pump is best (cheapest) to buy and the same for the regulator? Preferably new.

Also, what filters do I need? One before the swirl pot and one after?

Standard 2.0 duratec on throttle bodies, with bosch green injectors.

Cheers

I can tell you what I used in my duratec install , .....a rover inline Ali fuel filter that can be picked up from any motor factors used on 214,216 etc, this was located in the tank but easily installed outside with threaded fittings. Any decent low pressure pump into .5 litre swirl pot, thenout to a facet red top HP pump, then straight onto the injector rail. Lastly an fse adjustable reguilator , this is quite handy if you dyno the engine as you can match it to suite. Might not be the cheapest but it was reliable.
