Anyone on here with or links to a engineering company ?
Looking for a very simple part stamped out of flat plate 2mm thick, then bzp plated, initially around 1000 pieces, anyone?
Part is triangular in shape, 115mm long base, 57mm high with a 35mm diameter hole in the middle.

Please, need a drawing? It's pretty simple, the points of the triangle would need cropping so as not to be sharp but aside from that as
described above.

Likewise, we work in sheet metal and use a couple of regular sub-contractors in the south. Happy to put you in direct contact with them if you wish.
Both use laser cutting and punching techniques and provide a range of materials and finishes.

Again, yes please, not something we have looked to have made before so don't really know where to start, i do have a sample part available if
required but again it's so basic I doubt it's required.

Yup I can help to if the others draw a blank. . .
1000 pieces in shipping will be expensive and a large proportion of the cost if you are not carefull, I suggest you go as local as possible and drive
to collect.
What your asking for is easy. Just phone around and get a quote. sheet fabricators will be happy doing that work for you.
