searching 1600 x/flow engine

i´m after a 1600 x/ flow engine .

min. requirements:

1. in good, useable condition
2. in good visual condition
3. the seller should be able to ship outside UK to another Eu country
4. engine must be complete. carbs, in / exhaust manifold not important.
5. 711 or 691 block with rear bowl sump
