Automatic choke housing for 1991 Sierra 1.8L CVH

Anyone got a automatic choke housing for 1991 Sierra 1.8L CVH. It is the one that fits on Pierburg carburettor, has a wire for the electrics and two metal hose connectors that are at 90 degrees to each other and in different planes. Mended mine but it leaks.
