Pretty sure they are welded onto the chassis at the build stage,not much hope of finding one secondhand

Don't know what your budget is, but have you spoken to MK Sportscars themselves? They may be able to help you with supply and fitting too. As
above I thought their cages were welded in during fabrication, which may complicate things for you. Although even if they're bolted in
you'll need suitable mounting plates welded into the chassis to do so.

The other course may be to speak with Martin Keenan (originator of the MK brand). My understanding is he's still involved in fabrication and so
he may be able to help you...

At Stoneleigh I asked MK how much it would be for a full cage - the chap I spoke to seemed to pluck a figure out of the air and said 'about
£6-700'.
Then I popped over to MNR, a fantastic bunch who I've used before, and they mentioned a bolt on cage would be significantly less.
