3.14 Diff or CWP
Title says it all - yes I know they're getting scarce, but if I don't ask...
I have a really nice 3.62 (gen 78,000 miles) which I can swap or part-ex. Similarly I would take just the Crown Wheel and Pinion.
Getting fed up with 90-95 @ red line with my 3.54 live axle!
Am ready to pay what it takes to get my mitts on one of these.

Are you talking about changing from a live axle to IRS?
If so it might be worth contacting Fisher, because they list a 3.20:1 Freelander Diff on their website, at £275.
Fisher, click Prices then Next
If you are changing it might be more cost effective than paying top dollar for a Sierra 3.14?

I need to check old postings and U2Us; I think someone else may have a shout on the diff first. I'd prefer it goes as a whole axle, although I
do have a good 3.89 I could sell it with if only the 3.54 diff is required.
Would a Freelander diff mate to a sierra driveshaft? I already have a GTS deDion beam, and all the bits to populate it. I could go for a Jag X-Type
diff which is higher ratio again - if it was compatible('ish)
