V8 Wanted

Hi All, I am now officially after a V8 to put in instead of my pinto.
Let us know if you have one to sell or know of one for sale somewhere. Rover prefered but anything considered.

Cheers

Adam

Go for an SDi engine, apparently they are the better ones.

Andrew and dad, I would prefer carbs and for Engine and box to be under £500 for a good 3.5 or upwards of that for a 4.6.
Thanks for the sites Piddy, have you had any experience of these? RPI seem to know their stuff.

Abbey sports at Wymondham in norfolk.
VERY helpful, quick on the posting, and is OK. Good prices, not quite as good as Real Steel, but still veryvery good. Used him for a lot of my Engine rebuild.

RPI... The Dogs Dangly bits. Chris Crane is a V8 GURU. What they dont know isnt worth knowing. (Mate of mine is a personal friend of Chris's).
However, a bit expensive, but very very good. Very good info on their site, DO read up about buying a V8 engine as there is lots of info on their website about what to do andwhat not to, ie the colours in the engine. DONT Buy one thats Black and Gummy inside!!
Both in Norfolk!
