Cheapest I found was Robin Hood Engineering for the Vickey Green loom. £85 incl vat.
Up side:
Cheap
Comes with plugs and relays etc.
Downside:
Little or no support. (Typical RH)
Couple of errors on drawing.
Overall:
Fairly happy.
Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want!!!

Wiring Loom
I managed to locate a Caterham loom from someone who had upgraded their engine from a xflow to a Vauxhall engine. www. blatchat.com is a good place
to look as is the Westfield site.

As a non-sparky I found it a challenge but very interesting. Downside is going to bed and not sleeping due to thinking about the circuits all night.
It's a very satisfying thing to completely wire up a car... albeit a simple one but an achievement none-the-less!

I know from personal experiences, that thinking of wiring diagrams in bed has a positive effect.
