Pre 1995 - 1.8 Zetec Block

As heading really,im after a 1.8 Zetec block,must be a pre 1995 as my engine is a 1996 year :-(
Just need a block really so i can transfer everything over to it.
Would also consider a full engine if not too far from Hertfordshire ????

Cheers.............Andy

Why do you need one? If it's for the sva, surely borrowing a cat's easier? And if not, and you're on a Q plate, it doesn't matter anyway as there's no emissions test.

I thought emmisions did matter even on a Q plate.

It would be much easier to get a 94 engine. and use that. Theyr cheap on ebay. saw a 2 litre go for 1 quid last week. I was a fool and missed it.

Once you've passed the sva, a Q plate is only subject to the visual check. So as long as you don't fill the place with smoke you'll be fine.
