Wheel Bearings

Cheap supplier of wheel bearing kits?

Required 4 off for all four corners. 93 Sierra 1.6

Anybody know a cheap source? £17 a corner so far.

Not helpful but what's the point?

You can get another upright from the scrappy for less than the cost of new bearings if yours are shagged.

I just took mine apart to make sure they weren't damaged and repacked with grease and new seals.

Mine are from a 93 Sierra. So there is no cars newer that that. However you cant tell how much they are worn just by looking at them.

Last time I built a Striker and after two years the front bearings were rumbling and the donor had only done 60,000 miles. My new donor has done 130,000 so I am replacing them and I'll know they are new along with the recon uprights.

I could have left them and just used them as they are because they 'feel' ok but I want to recon as much of the donor parts I can. When I took them out one side was rusty on the inner race.

Time to replace all four corners.
