Totally bonkers!

It'll be a hell of a ride on the open road, but won't exactly be a bundle of laughs on twisty stuff. It looks like the exhaust comes out of the side, so that'll be "interesting"!

Still, I'd love to see (and hear) it run when it's finished.

Redefines the word "lag" as well

Then again, we're not in this game to build identical machines so why not!

Why the hell not.

Definatly in the 'mad as a bucket of frogs' catagory.

but I like things like that - carlie b from ppc mag with a 27ltr Rover SD1.

I wander if it is built for a perpose 0-60 or 0-100-0 run

Easy the temperature of the exhaust will melt the microphone of the noise meter and then the meter will think it's quiet

I expect they're using an already SVA'd chassis to get round certain 'problems' associated with this!

Gary's workmanship is fantastic, so I expect it will be done well - if, perhaps, not wisely!

He is definately 'bucket of frogs' mad....

It's a brilliant idea - If I had the know how, it's something I'd like to have a go at; replicating the turbine powered P6 Rover.

300 bhp isn't too mad, torque rating is apparently done at 0 rpm (yeah, I don't understand either, so it's be quite quiet. 2/3rd of 0 is, er 0

Lag, yeah, loads of it. But it'd be worth it, just for the noise.
