Wanted: K&N air filter and chrome cover for webers
After the fourth session of my track day at Silverstone yesterday I noticed that the nuts holding one of my air filters had worked loose and fell off,
so the cover plate and air filter fell off somewhere out on track. So I need a replacement. The one I have is 65mm deep (including the back and cover
plates) and fits onto a twin 40 weber. Has anyone got one they want to sell?
(I spent the rest of the track day driving round with airfilters made from a pair of tights tie wrapped to the trumpets. Not pretty, but it kept the
bugs out.)
