Steering Rack
Anyone have, or know where I can get hold of, a Cortina Steering rack.
I have failed the MOT and am off road until I get a new one. I have tried all local factors and no-one can source a recon rack. It seems that Cortinas
are no longer a popular car 
I guess most kits use Escort or Sierra.
Any help would be appreciated as two weeks off road is not good!!

I just bought a replacement cortina quick rack from Stuart Taylor Motorsport - he doesn't use them now but managed to find me one in the back.
Otherwise these people used to do them

Doh, I saw you were offline so I tried to win the standard rack for you (if you hadn't have wanted it I have kept it as a spare). Lost the
auction by 50p ! it went for £12.50 !

Thanks for trying.
I will try the STM to see if they have any more in the back.
I have a few possibilities from searching the net tonight so tomorrow I will be mainly on the phone!!

I've got a recon Cortina quick rack going spare and collecting dust on the wardrobe. Bought in Error, paid £45 for it and thats all I am
looking for. Unfortuneately no ends for it,

I have just ordered one today which I have to drive 100 miles to collect tomorrow.
Warwickshire sounds much better as I need to go to Coventry anyway.
