Wanted: Car. Cheap one. Very.
Wanted:
Cheap car (hatchback ideal, but anything considered really...)
Must be petrol, and Carb not fuel injection.
The cheaper (like really really cheap) and nearer Sheffield the better, although I don't mind travelling for the right one.
And ideally it would work.

Chesterfield auction tomorrow night, take £100 £150 with you will see you drive away with one complete with a decent MOT.
Wanting one for road use I assume ?

Thanks Jon, yep for road use, may well head down tomorrow.
Thinking no more than £100 ideally, I don't mind doing some work on it but I do need it to be able to drive home from wherever I get it! Its for
a bit of a project, but mainly just as peak district transport...

Might want to try some of your local car sales places, they occasionly get trade ins that they would never put on the front, and sell off, cheap as
chips, just to be rid. Hope this helps. Ray.

Ok, not heading down tonight as I now have a pub based commitment to deal with, but sounds like a car auction may be the way to go so I'll see
you there sometime soon!

I remember from a series or two back Clarkson got a Volvo with an MOT for £1 from a main dealer for one of those Top Gear challenges.
