Name this Part!!!!!!!!! (please)

Okay I thought this was going to be easy but I can't find out what these are called or where to get them in bulk (200 or so)?

Who's going enlighten me first?

Approx. dimensions: Hex: 10mm / 3/8"
Screw:20mm - 25mm
Washer: 20mm

I've seen them holding on car wings and such like.

Galvanized roof bolts?? Depending on how big the thing is I've seen the big uns on roofs and little black ones in bits of trim on motors.

Used to be a varition called "Tapptite" screws that the british motor industry used for a few years, Chrysler UK even used them to hold on the water pump on the Chrysler Sunbeam 930cc.

Taptite screws need the hole drilling for them though and are ridiculously easy to strip, where as tek screws will drill there own and come in a diverse variety of shapes, lengths and type depending on what material and how thick it is.
