Do not use US Airways and expect any customer service, it doesnt exist.....I only asked for permission too buy 1 pair of socks and a pair of skiddys,
told too contact them in 24hrs, the buggers have been on 24hrs now.......there walking on there own.......a few $$$ wouldn't have hurt as a good
will gesture.......

What a nightmare Jon, hope you get sorted soon.
Maybe a little too much information for a lunchtime
Does your travel insurance offer any help? Hopefully the company will afford you some personal expenses.

Do you have travel insurance? Keep all the recipts and you can claim the costs back. If you don't have all the paper they won't pay out,
as my sister found to her cost flying Air France to NY.

Had an issue flying this weekend. Don't want to say too much as letters are being written. Basically our EU rights where not maintained and i
ended up having the head of the airport departure company meet me at the departure gate. We discussed some points and i boarded the plane 5 hours
late!
If your flying in europe look up eu policy 261/2004, print it out and wave it under noses.

I'm in Charlottesville at the moment, then off too Columbus later in the week.
These wallmart socks are ok
Nige, you should be ok, my problem was connecting flights, I had the bags in Philadelphia as you have too claim them then re check them in at 1st
point of entry, it was after this they did a runner, I'm hopeful they will turn up, there was only 43 people on my last flight and 3 of us
had/have no luggage so I'm not alone.

The guy I shared a room with in my first year at University would smell his old socks first thing in the morning. If they smelled, he would spray
them with deodourant and then put them on
