Ally tube 1inch x 3/16

Hi, anybody got any offcuts of ally tube in the above size? A foot would be nice altogether, but will be cutting it into pieces so let me know what youve got please? Oh, and it needs to be a weldable grade. Beer tokens etc waiting. Only need it for a pedal box im making up, but the ally stockist near me came back with a 5m length for £90 err no thanks!

Why not 'rescue' a shopping trolley from a local ditch? I'd expect the handle to be that kind of diameter inside the plastic.
