Wanted: Radiator

Rather than part cash with somewhere else first, I thought I'd check and see if anyone has a spare/left over suitable rad for sale for an MK Indy?

I've got a Polo one I bought from here, but its the wrong type as usual with my luck

I'm now the happy owner of a MK rad thanks to graham. Thanks for the other offers though I'm sure there are quite a few others of us with part builds that are going to need rads.

So Rich,

Does this mean you are now into the build.

If so I might drop in when I am next in the area to see how you are getting on.

Getting there.

I just went into the garage tonight to mock up a side pannel. It suddenly looks very different with the nice red side.

At the moment everything on the car is pretty much mocked up not final tightened so I can work out what order to put things together in. I don't know how many times I've had the steering column off

The next job this week is to test the alternator I have and mock up a bracket. I'll probably work out something with card/ply to get the shape then wonder if its worth welding or just giving the plans to someone

Still, judging from your previous posts, I have more pistons than you at least

I've cracked how to make a digital dashboard by the way, using a couple of multiplexers I can provision for 256 LEDs but using some straight forwards programming with look up tables have the design very flexible. Just need about 100 quid and a couple of months off work now
