edis 4 & coil

As above .
A search of the local scrappys proved unfruitfull.
Pref. cheaper than the £50 they seem to go on ebay for please!!

I was up the scrappy the other Friday and couldn't locate the Edis...

I also noticed a lot of the zetec cars had the coils missing. Maybe a common fault??

I'll be up there again this Friday and I'll see if I can get one off for ya.

I know what its like finding these bits

finding mine took me 4 hours last saturday (Loanhead, nr Edinburgh), but I managed to get a coil, EIDS, cranksensor and the complete loom that joins them all - £30 for the lot

but I ended up with bits from 3 different cars - evey car apart from two was to young and didn't have an EDIS (coild wired directly to the ecu, I followed all the wires on 1 car) or had already been stripped
and of the two that did have an EDIS only one was in good condition

but there were a few spare coil packs kicking about though
