Portable lift/ramp
I'm looking for a portable car ramp, or scissor lift. The one that lifts a car up to about 1 mtr off the floor (see attached pic)
They were available from Clarke/Machine Mart at one time but are no longer stocked.
I did managed to find a couple on EBay last week, but one looked like a pile of junk, and the other was selling for more than the new price!
Any help gratefully accepted.

Is it a Christmas gift for that special man in your life Bob?
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

What about using a high lift pallet truck? Could be worth asking Chris Mason.

You're right Pete, it is for the special man in my life - ME. The missus has been telling me for years that I'm getting too old for
crawling round cars, so I thought I'd try and make things a bit easier.
The pallet truck and lifting tables are both options I've considered, but if I got one with a long enough reach to safely lift a car the
complete under side would be inaccessible.
The Hoffman ramp on EBay is exactly the type of thing I'm looking for, but they want more than the price of the new one in the other EBay
link.
