disaster/ help

Hi all, whilst messing about with my instrument cluster i dropped a piece of metal on the circuit board which seems to have blown something as i can't now cycle thru the odometer/trip/clock function. two questions, do you need a odometer reading for the MOT? also has anyone got a zx9r c1 instrument cluster spare? it doesn't need to be in good condition as i only use the back/circuit board bit u2u or ring 07799263557 if you can help thanks Roger

I have not seen this mentioned in SVA manual plus when I went for SVA, the man did not mess with my bike speedo toggling view miles.

It is likley you need odo for MOT.

Odometer isn't needed for MOT . If not fitted mileage is put as not recorded.You may need one for insurance purposes if you have a limited mileage insurance?
