Sierra/Cortina V5 logbook needed.

hi all, a friend from Germany has bought an un-finished kit from the UK without any paperwork, its now stuck on the German border as they won't let it in without a logbook, he has tried to explain the problem but the officials aren't having any of it!

Not sure what you're going to do about the numbers, but if you have that sorted, I'm just about to bin a mk5 Escort one (well, send to DVLA as scrapped). I know it's FWD, but is it any good to you??

I suppose he's tried this, but if it's not registered it's car parts, not a car. What is the German for "Free movement of goods within the EC" ?
