cycle wing front indicators
I would like to find a pair of front indicators to fit on the cycle wings of my Tiger Cat. I am concerned about the curve on the wing but if anyone
can point me in the right direction or offer any helpful advice, I would much appreciate it.

Can't remember where I got them from but if you are interested I can look it up. Think it was from a bikers website like Buster's or MnP.
I painted the back half black and the inside silver to ensure an SVA pass.

You may have problems doing that. The vibrations (from suspension movement) will be relentless, and I'm not sure how the SVA tests them, as
theoretically, they might not be viewable within test parameters, if steering turned.
Though I'm sure someone will be along to say otherwise in a minute or two

I had no problems with SVA. Passed last year.
I may at some stage go back to the ones on the side of the nosecone though.

Shouldn't be a problem for SVA, though you may have to ensure the angles of visibility are maintained at full lock - can't remeber the
exact rule though, just check the manual.
As for vibration causing short bulb life, this may be a problem but is easily solved by using LED lamps instead of filament bulbs.

I went through SVA OK with indicators on the cycle wings. Got them from Mac#1

Thank you all for your replies. I feel a total novice but what are Buster's, MnP, and Mac#1?
I found the photo archives very interesting and informative and I shall try to get started on mine.
How do these lights deal with the curve in the wing?
Many thanks
