Didn't think they were sva proof as not permanent.

Mine passed OK with one.
Less likely to pass with the stalk type without much padding and radiussing

I used one, but bolted it to scuttle, so it was a bit more permanent!

mine pass ed with suction cup type - make an L shaped bracket to stick it on to.

halfords sell two types, get the cheaper non-dipping as the mirror is quite poor - oem carm mirror seem to reflect light better.
