Exhaust Manifold

It's that time already

I'm going to need a 1.6 Pinto exhaust system to go in GTS Wide body. Ideally, I'd like to go over the top chassis rail so headers will have to curve up a bit, then down.

I know Flak Monkey got one from, was it MK ?, but his is not the Wide +4 Chassis.

1) has anybody got one to sell ?

or

2) Can I buy all the required bits and
have them welded up ? If so from where ?

Beginning to panic that all the nice weather will have gone before I get out of the garage

not worth getting into a sweat over that; it 'll be back to normal by next Monday i.e. rain.

Don't you mean by Sat morning as per normal

Don't know where flak monkey got his exhaust but it looked pretty good quality (not vastly helpful i know )

Headers

Hopefully you will find attached a pic of the headers I had made for my Zetec conversion.
They are in stainless, and much shinier now I've started polishing them.
The pipes are stepped correctly, and were custom made to bend upwards from the head to clear the engine bay side wall, then drop down to a 4 into 1 collector that was then fed into the spare race can from my last Fazer m/cycle.
All the work was done by Mark at 'Power and Performance' of Honingham near Norwich.
As I am local he collected and returned my part built car on a trailer, and completed the work in 1 afternoon.
Total cost was £350 and worth every penny for the sound it makes. Rescued attachment Headers.jpg

john, mine came from mk engineering (not sportsars!) as gts weren't doing exhausts at the time.

cost 325 quid delivered, give martin a ring and tell him what u want, he'll make you one I should think.

I'll also give a plug for Power and Performance, I've had exhausts custom made by them, cracking company.
