Rad Overflow tank

As above. I notice that there are two hoses coming off the plastic tank I am going to use; one for the radiator, just under the cap, and the other ??

Where does the other hose go?

It is a serious question, I am asking because I really have no idea. Thanks.

So it basically doesn't go anywhere, just to the outside?

If this is the case, it meets the criteria for the easiest thing I've done on the car so far!! Just have to find a way to attach the container; should be easy to put it up by the rad.

I got one from my donor (one of the only things I used: the others were bolts, seat runners, and rear reflectors), and installed it today by making a little ally bracket and zip ties. It'll do the job.
Thank you everyone!
