It's a Cheetah.
The Chevrolet answer to the Ford Cobra.
Very few made but there are very nice replicas made in the US.

My friend has a AC Frua [AC Cobra with a Frua body] and it has fake NUTS with knock off wheels.
At that time the bolted aluminum wheels where hot!
