Ball-ended thingy

I want to connect Sierra throttle cable to my accelerator pedal. Sierra has pressed in ball connector





I would like to use similar but with 6mm thread

Isn't the ball diameter about the same as the ball stud that is used to connect the gas struts on the tail gates. They unscrew and come with the donors (also fitted on many other vehicles with tail gates).

Weld the piece of the Sierra pedal with the ball to your pedal.
