Anyone do CNC tube bending?

I'm working on a prototype kit car that will need some bends put in 2" round tube, probably 2mm wall but maybe thicker.

I'm aware that there are firms that offer tube bending, but I wondered if anyone here had a direct connection to such a firm (rather than simply knowing of them).

There will be two bends each approx 80 degrees in each length (<3metre) and in the same plane. Centreline radius doesn't really matter.

Like I said earlier, I'm not really looking for info on firms that do this (I already know of a few) but wondered if there was anybody who worked for a firm (or even owned it) that could do this

MNR ( marc ) have a CNC mandrel tube bender and I am sure he can do 2 inch. 2mm wall should also be ok ( as sound like what he makes the Roll Cages from )

If you want to email me some cad drawings i can get a definate answer for you. Will you be supplying the Tube ? if not let me know some technical details.

regards

Thanks fo rthe replies lads, but I was hoping to find someone who was actually worked for or ran a cnc bending firm

I would be surprised if either of the people mentioned were using CNC machines, too
