What do you need to book test?

I cant seem to find exactly what I need to do to book my IVA test. I already have a chassis number and paperwork off the DVLA but can someone put in plain English step by step what you need to do to book the IVA test.

Need to complete iva application, amateur built declaration and supply evidence of amateur built status - photos normally.

It's taking 3+weeks to get your date after submitting paperwork at the moment, then you have the delay at the test center end so get submitting! I wish I had sent mine sooner

right point noted!!!! will get it in! I am looking to use Nottingham as that's sort of closest to me as I am near Stoke On Trent. I need to list two on the application or can I just pick the one?
