For the spec I would agree check out the V% to ensure that it was SVA'd

Its registered as an MK indy, bargain.

I would check how long it has taken to build as that looks like an older Indy - certainly the front upper wishbones look like the early ones [mine was bought in 2005 and has oval tube upper bones].

Its quite possible they have been changed to give more caster, or it has taken 4-5 years to build though.

Otherwise looks like a bargain.
